Motherwell (from): Randolph, Hateley, Hammell, Clancy, Craigan, Lasley, Jennings, Humphrey, Law, Higdon, Murphy, Daley, Forbes, McHugh, Carswell, Lawless, Page, Hollis.

Aberdeen (from): Gonzalez, Foster, Considine, Mawene, Osbourne, Milsom, Vernon, Arnason, Jack, Clark, Chalali, Pawlett, Fallon, Mackie, Magennis, McArdle, Shaughnessy, Brown.Knocked out of the cup by Hibs and a really poor performance against St Johnstone last week- its been a week to forget for McCall. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong against Saints did and the fans were very upset with their side at time up. Losing to both sides of the old firm obviously didnt help the players confidence but i dont think we should read too much into losing against the big 2. When Rangers and Celtic hit form there is little the smaller clubs can do to stop them.

Overall its been a pretty good start to the season for Motherwelll. 3rd place 2 points behind Celtic im sure McCall is more than pleased with that, Although he knows how quickly opinions change and its fair to say that a result is badly needed on Saturday.

Aberdeen are a shamble at the moment. Knocked out of the cup by little East Fife and 1 points off the bottom with only 1 win in 8 spl games. Ive never really been a fan of Craig Brown. Very negative manager that spends forever making excuses and talking about useless stats. He done well to keep them up last season- and to be fair the problems have been there long before he joined- but i dont see many signs of him turning things around and making them even a top 6 side. Looks more like another relegation battle.

Cant score goals, really short of experience in attack, just 4 in the spl, but also pretty weak in defence. From the short highlights ive seen the Dons have lost a lot of goals from simple balls in behind.
